Emily graduated UD in 2002 and is currently a Registered Lobbyist and Senior Governmental Affairs Consultant at New York Life Insurance Company, a Fortune 100 company and the largest mutual life insurer in the United States. In this position, Emily annually solicits 14,000 New York Life agents and employees to contribute to the New York Life Political Action Committee (NYLPAC) via a direct mail campaign and at targeted in-person engagements. NYLPAC is the #1 corporate insurance PAC in the country, with over $2 million in receipts per election cycle.

Emily also leads New York Life’s grassroots lobbying program and serves as the company’s grassroots liaison to industry associations and other companies on industry-wide initiatives.

Prior to working at New York Life, Emily worked at New York University, where she communicated with local, national, and international nonprofit, public, and governmental leaders about how they and their constituencies could benefit from the executive education program offered through the Wagner School of Public Service. Emily developed program curriculums and managed program logistics.
