Introduction
In 2003 I received my MPA in State and Local Government Planning
and Fiscal Management. I now use the skills I acquired
to further social progress in New Castle County through public
policy research. Someday soon I hope to be in a position to
create and influence policy that focuses on the equitable treatment
and empowerment of all American citizens.
