Introduction
I am an M.P.A. graduate of the University of Delaware, having
concentrated in Organizational Leadership. I graduated from
the University of Delaware receiving a B.A. in Psychology
in 2001. During my first year as an M.P.A. student, I worked
with the Conflict Resolution Program, where I helped create
trainings and conduct facilitations. During the summer of
2002, I interned with the Training and Development unit at
the State Personnel Office, where I coordinated training courses
and monitored the First State Quality improvement Fund initiatives.
I continue to work at both Conflict Resolution Program and
Training and Development. In the future, I hope to pursue
a career in Human Resources Management.
