Introduction
I graduated from the University of Delaware in May 2004 with
a Masters in Public Administration. I was a Presidential Managment
Fellows Finalist.
While at the University, I was a Public Policy Fellow at
the Delaware Department of Education. I worked with the the
Secretary of Education's Executive Assistant as a legislative
liaison to the Secretary.
At my prior research assistantship, I worked closely with
a staff member from the Delaware Department of Education on
the Delaware Teacher Supply Survey, which is an analysis of
the hiring trends in the Delaware public school districts.
Our goal was to get this information out to the state and
districts so they could have it when formulating their hiring
policies.
