Introduction

Sarah K. Noonan received her MPA Degree with a specialization in Health Policy with focuses in both State and Local Government Management and Health Promotion.  Sarah was fortunate to take part in a variety of projects while working for IPA, most notably the Senior Center Grant-in-Aid Funding Project and the Legislative Fellows Program.  As a 2006 Legislative Fellow, Sarah provided non-partisan research and staff support to the Senate Majority Caucus.  She is excited about her current role as Associate Deputy Director of Westside Health, a federally qualified community health center based in Wilmington, Del.  In this capacity, Sarah will take part in a variety of roles including, advocacy, program development, grant writing, and healthcare administration.
