Introduction
Audrey is currently a limited-term researcher with the Delaware Academy for School Leadership. In this capacity, she will coordinate the various cluster training programs that DASL provides to school and teacher leaders in Delaware. Audrey will also help facilitate the Academy’s involvement in state and district policy initiatives, including its teacher recruitment and retention project, of which she has been an active participant since June 2005.
Prior to joining the University as a full-time employee, Audrey served as a Graduate Research Assistant for IPA’s Delaware Academy for School Leadership. During her graduate tenure, she also worked as a legislative intern for the Delaware Department of Education and as a policy intern for the Office of the Superintendent in the Red Clay Consolidated School District.
