Audrey is currently a Policy Associate for the Delaware Academy for School Leadership. In this capacity, she has coordinated DASL’s involvement in Phase one of the Vision 2015 Executive Leadership Academy, participated in the Academy’s Leadership Training Institute for administrators from the island of Trinidad and Tobago, and co-administered the 2007-08 Delaware Teacher and Administrator Supply Survey Analysis. Audrey is also a certified McREL (Mid-Continent Research for Education and Learning) Balanced Leadership trainer and Implications Wheel facilitator.
Prior to joining the University as a full-time employee, Audrey served as a Graduate Research Assistant for IPA’s Delaware Academy for School Leadership. During her graduate tenure, she also worked as a legislative intern for the Delaware Department of Education and as a policy intern for the Office of the Superintendent in the Red Clay Consolidated School District.
