I am the Urban Forest Administrator at the Delaware Center for Horticulture. This position functions as a contracted employee for the City of Wilmington's Department of Public Works. I am responsible for street tree planning and regulation, including permitting, inspections, and planting. In addition, I provide technical tree expertise regarding updating the vegetation ordinance, developing a tree GIS inventory, addressing stormwater management, and identifying hazardous trees.
