Preparation

On each stripe of the beach ball, a question is written, serious or lighthearted in nature.

Examples include:

  • If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
  • Who is the most famous person you’ve ever met?
  • What is your favorite holiday and why?
  • When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
  • What is your favorite band, artist, or song and why?
  • What is your greatest pet peeve?
  • Where is your favorite place to be?
  • What is your favorite movie?
  • If you could be any cartoon character, who would you be and why?

Instructions

  1. Participants stand in a circle.
  2. The person holding the ball throws it to anyone in the circle.
  3. The person that catches the ball reads and answers the question on the stripe on which their left thumb lands.
  4. Once that person has finished answering the question, he/she throws it to another person in the circle.
This process is repeated until everyone in the circle has had a turn, or each question has been addressed.
