Training Events and Samples
The Conflict Resolution Program (CRP) provides tailor-made trainings designed to meet an organization’s unique needs. No two trainings are alike. CRP staff work closely with its clients to create a training format that maximizes the use of training hours. This often includes a “pre-training” survey or questionnaire. A survey often saves time by allowing training participants to assess their environment as well as express their attitudes and expectations. Trainers also gain a valuable glimpse of areas of strength, weakness, and needs, which allows for the development of a training framework that can effectively focus on
the process as well as the desired outcome.
CRP offers training in the following areas:
- mediation
- facilitation
- collaborative problem-solving
- conflict resolution
- peer mediation
- collaborative negotiation
- building effective teams
...just to name a few.
