Contest Results: 2008 Delaware Predict the Electoral College Winner
Congratulations to Lake Forest High School’s Brent Ashley (from Mr. Chris Kenton’s social studies class) for most closely predicting the electoral outcome in the presidential election out of the nearly 900 contest entrants. Brent’s submission—along with the submissions of two other students—differed from the actual results by only one vote. Therefore, contest came down to a tie-breaker, which was to most closely predict what percentage of the Delaware vote the presidential winner would receive (62%). Brent won as a result of his prediction. |
