Bernard Dworsky is currently a Policy Scientist and senior advisor for the Water Resources Agency (WRA). He is also an Assistant Professor in the School of Urban Affairs & Public Policy. His experience has included serving as a Laboratory Assistant, Management Analyst, Management Counselor, Internship Coordinator, Administrator of WRA, and Assistant Director for Special Projects within IPA. He has more than 30 years of experience in natural-resources, environmental, and public-sector management.

Mr. Dworsky's professional interests and expertise are in water resource management, intergovernmental relations, and regional planning. He teaches in the Master of Public Administration program and currently helps coordinate the Legislative Fellows Program.

Mr. Dworsky teaches the Seminar in Public Administration, Case Studies in State and Local Management, Regional Watershed Management, and special problem courses.
