Dr. Helman teaches both undergraduate courses on the topic of leadership and change
within organizations.
Dr.
Helfman organizes and conducts leadership development workshops
and programs which have been attended by corporate managers,
women in state and local government, local government elected
officials, municipal clerks, and managers in state employment.
She also teaches advanced leadership training courses for
the Women’s Leadership Development Program.
