Lisa Moreland has worked at the Institute for Public Administration
since 1998, managing The Democracy
Project and assisting in the development and launch of MentorWorks,
a college-wide mentoring program. Currently, she is a co-coordinator
for the Legislative Fellows program, serves as the editorial consultant for IPA publications
and assists the management of IPA research assistants.
Other areas of interest include local and state
government, multi-modal transportation, and infrastructure
policy issues. She has co-authored "Moving People: Transportation
Options for Delaware," "E-Commerce: Changing the
Face of Goods, Services, and Transportation," and "Changing
Technologies: Mapping the Future of Lifestyles, Work and Business
in Delaware."
Ms. Moreland is a member of the American Society
for Public Administration (ASPA)
and the Delaware Association for Public Administration (DAPA).
