The Institute for Public Administration’s main offices are located in Graham Hall on the University of Delaware’s Newark campus. The Water Resources Agency is located in the Delaware Geological Survey Annex. Visitors may either park in the Academy parking garage, the entrance to which is on Academy Street just past Perkins Student Center about one block south of Graham Hall, or try to find on-street parking.
The GIS Lab is located in Penny Hall, next to the Delaware Geological Survey Annex. Occasional programs are also held in the Composites Manufacturing Science Building (CMSL), which adjoins Graham Hall.
