Successful students will leave the course with the ability to analyze emerging health care issues using the perspective offered by economists.
The prerequisite for this course is introduction to microeconomics (ECON 151) or an equivalent course. Students who do not feel confident using fundamental microeconomic tools are expected to seek assistance from the teaching assistant.
