The Superintendent and Executive Leader Seminar Series comprise day-long professional development seminars aimed at broadening the knowledge base and operational competencies of school district superintendents and their executive-level administrative teams. The series is co-sponsored by the University of Delaware’s Institute for Public Administration (IPA) and the Delaware Academy for School Leadership (DASL).
Seminars presented during the current academic year were developed based on topics suggested by the superintendents’ Chief School Officers Association and include the following:
