In an effort to promote multi-dimensional strategies to the elimination of disparities, IPA researchers emphasize three kinds of policy interventions: specific health conditions, system-wide (state-level) infrastructure and capacity options, and those for specific ethnic groups.  Information is presented for 20 categories of best practices in a summary report (the link to which is also below).
