Pedestrian Lighting in Unincorporated Areas project citedThe Institute for Public Administration was mentioned in the latest edition of the University of Delaware Research magazine. The issue highlights University of Delaware security/safety research, including innovations in the fields of science and engineering, with a feature on Nobel Prize winner Richard Heck.
Page 39 features the work that IPA is doing with funding from the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) on investigating pedestrian lighting policies in unincorporated areas of the state of Delaware. IPA staff member Marcia Scott was quoted in the article and staff member Ted Patterson leads the project team that includes Scott and student research assistants. Edward O'Donnell is the project PI.
IPA was also listed among the research centers on page 53 of the magazine.
