Governmental Compensation Survey

The Institute for Public Administration (IPA) has a long-term commitment to collect compensation information for public managers and policy-makers in the State of Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic region. Clients primarily come from public and nonprofit organizations. For nearly 20 years, IPA has conducted an annual salary survey for the State of Delaware and numerous municipal governments. Our primary objective is to collect high-quality information using the best methodologies available for sampling, instrumentation, and data processing. IPA provides on-line publication of survey results to all survey respondents, which should prove valuable in reviewing your organization's pay scales.
