Statewide Municipal Comprehensive Planning Status
Click on a town of interest and, if one is available, you will be directed to the completed Comprehensive Plan as well as the supporting maps and documents for that particular town. Bethany Beach, Blades, Bridgeville, Cheswold, Clayton, Dagsboro, Delaware City, Dewey Beach, Elsmere, Felton, Frankford, Frederica, Georgetown, Henlopen Acres, Lewes, Middletown, Millsboro, Odessa, Townsend, and Wyoming each have a municipal planning project site on the IPA’s website.
Status of the Comprehensive Plans has been determined by IPA’s planning services staff and the Delaware Office of State Planning Coordination, October 2006.
