Jonathan received his B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering at the University of Delaware, and has entered upon the Masters program of the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the University of Delaware. He is currently a second-year research assistant at the Water Resources Agency where he provides technical support to staff and students, and develops protocols and tools related to GIS functionality. Jonathan has considerable experience in many aspects of computers, networking, and programming, which he applies in his work with IPA.
