IntroductionKathleen is working toward a health policy and management concentration while pursuing her MPA degree. While studying public affairs at Indiana University, Kathleen became very interested in using her degree to pursue work for the federal government but eventually decided she definitely wanted to earn a masters degree before entering the workforce. Though Kathleen is very interested in working for the federal government, she also has a great deal of interest in health care and is also very interested in pursuing an internship and possibly a career in the healthcare field.
At IPA Kathleen is currently working for both its Women’s Leadership Development Program and Conflict Resolution Program as a research assistant. Through these programs, she is able to help prepare for and participate in training conferences.
