Chelsea Halley is a senior undergraduate working toward a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management with a minor in Resource Economics. She currently has an internship with the Delaware Water Resources Center working with the Institute for Public Administration's Water Resources Agency as an Public Administration Fellow. This past summer she completed field work on the White Clay Creek with the Water Resources Agency. She also conducted research on shad restoration in the National Wild and Scenic White Clay Creek
