A native of Syracuse N.Y., Mark Lotierzo is pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Delaware. Mark plans to specialize in state and local government. Mark attended the University of Delaware as an undergraduate, where he majored in International Relations and History, with a minor in Economics. Currently, he is a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware Institute for Public Administration. At IPA, Mark is working with the Municipal Clerks Training Program and the Delaware League of Local Governments.
