Ted graduated in the spring of 2008 from University of Delaware with a degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he decided to continue at the University of Delaware to pursue an MA in Urban and Regional Planning. As a lifelong resident of neighboring Cecil County, Md., he has a strong desire to impact the way his community develops. Upon graduation from the University of Delaware MA program, Ted plans to use his skills as a planner to invest in the Delmarva area, giving back to his local community. He firmly believes that, even though we live in an area with strong growth potential, we can grow in a way that still preserves natural resources and rural character.
