Maureen graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Anthropology. After graduating, she worked in the backcountry of Yosemite National Park for two summers where she discovered her interests in the natural environment and the power of conservation. A city girl at heart, Maureen decided she wanted to implement what she learned in the woods into the urban world in which she was living. Currently, Maureen is pursuing a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs and Public Policy with a concentration in Water Resource Management and Policy.
