Ezra is pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree with a specialization in State and Local Management at the University of Delaware. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College in 2006, where he majored in Politics. A Newark native, Ezra’s main policy interests are education, environment, and community. Ezra is actively involved in local politics and is currently running for Newark City Council.
Ezra is currently working for the Institute for Public Administration with the Planning Services Group. During the spring 2007 semester, his primary focus was on a market analysis project for Georgetown, Delaware. For the summer and fall 2007 semester, Ezra worked for the Institute of Public Administration through an internship with the
Office of State Planning Coordination, where he worked with the Town of Little Creek on their land use development code, on a model zoning ordinance for farming for the future, and on municipal tracking and communication. During the Spring 2008 semester, Ezra is working with the Planning Services group with a focus on Transit-Oriented Development.
