Projects and Reports

Digital Literacy White Paper, 2012
George is the co-author of a white paper, which was written as part of the state contract with IPA for the broadband project. The first section includes a literary review to identify plausible techniques to train seniors, business owners, and local government officials how to use the Internet to better their lives, professional or otherwise. The second section identified a train-the-trainer program, which will be staffed by IPA in 2012 to teach the techniques identified in the literary review to trainers.
