This half-day by-invitation-only summit was a follow-up to the successful Summit 1 and focused on the mobility-friendly design standards in New Castle County, Delaware. The goal of the event was to bring together leaders from New Castle County, state agencies, municipal governments, and the community to discuss and assist in the preparation of proactive-development, mobility-friendly community design standards.
