Note: A limited number of scholarships are available for state of Delaware employees. Apply for a $200 scholarship by mail (download application form in Word or PDF),

ACCOMMODATIONS
The registration fee is based on double occupancy, and you will receive more information about roommates, etc., after you have registered. Single rooms may be reserved for an additional $40 on request. Special dietary requests should be made directly with the Virden Retreat Center (302-645-4103).
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are required to guarantee reservations at the Virden Retreat Center by November 12 and must pay those charges. If for some reason you cannot join us for the retreat, you must e-mail us (wldp-reg@udel.edu) by November 12. There will be no charges assessed if you return the mailed materials. However, you may transfer the reservation to a colleague; just notify us of the change.
