Sponsored by IPA in conjunction with the Delaware Office of Management & Budget, the Delaware Association for Public Administration, the Administrative Office of the Courts, New Castle County, and the Women's Leadership Center, Inc.

This seven-session program, limited to 24 participants (minimum of 12), provides time to work on specific leadership development needs in a small-group setting. The topics covered and the skill sets practiced will help individuals enhance their leadership abilities.  The program format includes readings, discussions, group activities, and workplace assignments for practical application.

Participants meet on eight Thursdays (Sept. 22, Oct. 13, 27, Nov. 10, Feb. 3, Mar. 8, Mar. 22, Apr. 12*) from1:00 to 4:30 p.m. in 176 Graham Hall on the University of Delaware's Newark campus.
